Problems Corrected
- Payment Adjustments
- If a payment was edited and an adjustment added, Aeris wouldn't let it be saved indicating incorrectly that the record was not in balance.
- Adjustments to Starting Balances
- Adjustments to starting balances were being rounded to the nearest whole dollar on the starting balance screen.
Changes and New Features
- Automatic Overpayment and Payment Adjustment Calculation
- Aeris Basic now lets you use a right mouse click or the F2 key to calculate insurance overpayment and/or payment adjustment amounts where not all of the payment has been applied to services. On patient payments, this is used to calculate adjustments.
