Fatal Errors

 

Certain kinds of program errors generate files containing detailed error information. Aeris is very stable so we had to fake a couple of these fatal errors in order to get the screen image below.

 

 

The information presented will be meaningless to you. However, sometimes it is useful to provide this information to technical support. If technical support ask you to do so, follow these steps:

1. Highlight a file on the left, probably the most recent one.

2. Click anywhere inside the text box on the right and press Ctrl+A   on your keyboard to highlight the entire contents.

3. Press Ctrl+C to copy the text to the Windows clipboard.

4. Create an email message to technical support (911@AerisMed.com). In the body of the message, press Ctrl+V to past the clipboard contents into your email.
