CMS-1500 Printer Form Alignment

1. Load some blank CMS-1500 forms into your printer.

2. Click the menu to print CMS-1500 claims, either batch or single.

3. Print a sample using the Alignment Test Print button.

4. If the print is too high, move it down with a larger positive top margin. If it is too low, make the top margin smaller or negative.

5. If printing too far to the left, make the left margin larger positive. If too far to the right make it smaller or negative.

6. Print another sample and make any needed adjustments.
