Claims Aging Report

 

The following options screen let you choose the how to print a claims aging report. The dates are claim dates, not a dates of service.

 

 

Start Report Date

This is the first date of the range. Claims generated on or after this date will be included.

 

End Report Date

This is the last date of the range. Claims generated on or before this date will be included.

 

Skip paid claims and claims with an EOB

Check this box if you want to see only services the payers have not responded to either with a payment or a denied EOB. Uncheck it to see all service claims for the date range.

 

Show duplicate claims for the same service

If you generate duplicate claims for a service, you have the option of showing each duplicate claim. Remove the check to show only the earliest claim date.

 

Keep Active

Check this box to keep this window on top of other windows until you complete or close the window.

 

When you complete the screen your report will print and look something like this:

 

 

The green bar background can be turned off or a different color can be selected from the Program Preferences.
