Patient Reports
The print menu on the patient list is for printing bills and reports for the selected patient. When you click the Print button, a popup menu opens with the following options:

CMS-1500
|
Print a claim for selected services onto a red pre-printed CMS-1500 form.

Plain Paper Claim
|
Print a claim for selected services onto plain paper. This claim is designed for patients to submit their own claims.

Patient Statement
|
Print a patient statement by date range with several print options.

Patient Ledger
|
Print a list of charges and payments.
|

Account Ledger
|
Print a list of charges and payments with patient charges and payments separate from the insurance charges and payments.

Face Sheet
|
Print a sheet with most of the patient and insurance information.
|
|
|
Service Notes
|
Prints notes you have entered on services by service date range.

You can also get to a menu of these reports by right-clicking on a patient and choosing the Print submenu.
