Insurance

If the patient has multiple insurance coverage, use the drop-list to select the insurance you want to bill.

 

Mark services as billed

When this box is checked, Aeris will add the claims generated to a list. This list lets you review when claims were sent and prevents claims from being accidentally rebilled in batch claims. Marking services doesn't prevent rebilling manually with single patient claims.

 

Services

When you print a claim for a single patient, you manually select which services to include on the claim.

 

Click on a service to select or deselect it. You can also use the keyboard by moving to the desired service and pressing the space bar to select or deselect it.

 

The icons in the right column let you know whether a service has been billed previously and whether it was billed to this payer or a different one.

 

Show inactives

Check this box to view services that have been paid in full.
